Social Media Tools (LINE)

Assalamualailum wbt,

I am student in class Management of Internet Information Sources and Services (IMC 407).
So, my friend and I were given a task by Madam Nora'Ayu binti Ahmad Uzir as our lecturer, about social media tools. We have to share on one of social media tools. A social media tools that been my choice is LINE.




INTRODUCTION

Line Styled ‘LINE’ is a proprietary application for instant communications on electronics devices such as smartphones, tablet, computer and personal computers. Line users exchange text, images, video and audio and conduct free VoIP conversations and video conferences.

BACKGROUND

Line was designed by 15 members of NHN, a subsidiary of the korean internet search giant Naver. Composed of Korean, Japanese, Chinese, and US engineers. Its logo shares the same symbolic green color as Naver.

• In a group can consist more than hundred people

• Apple's smartphones need to purchase coins to buy stickers
• Can not delete the messages from both (even if we deleting the message, it's only deleted in our own phone, not for the others)

Benefit of the tools to the net citizen :

Social networking services can provide an accessible and powerful toolkit for 
highlighting and acting on issues and causes that affect and internet young people. Social networking services can be used for organization activities, events or groups to showcase issues and opinions and make a wider audience aware of them:

-creating awareness of various causes




CONCLUSION

In conclusion, every social media applications has its own advantages and disadvantages as well as LINE. However, LINE has many benefits and advantages that are needed in this modern age. LINE also has many functions that are interesting and very useful, so that you can get benefits as well provided by LINE. Thank you.
